All activities are undertaken at your own risk. To ensure a safe environment in the studio, please follow these guidelines at all times:

Please wear closed-toe shoes and clothes that are suitable for messy work.

It's recommended to remove all jewellery before the lesson;

The studio contains electrical equipment and wet surfaces; please be mindful of slip hazards at all times.
Accessibility
If you have any health conditions or mobility considerations that may affect your participation, please get in touch before booking so we can discuss how best to accommodate you.

SHOP
Postage and Packaging
Postage and packaging charges are added at checkout and start from £5.95. I use eco-friendly packaging. Occasionally, you may find plastic bubble wrap or similar protecting your pottery as this will have been reused. If you are local to Peppard Common, Oxfordshire, you are welcome to collect from my studio directly. Just drop me a message at jesssarsonpottery@gmail.com to arrange.
I only ship within the UK at present and will aim to get your order to you within 7 working days.
Damaged Goods
I take great care packaging every piece before it leaves my studio. Should your order arrive damaged, please get in touch within 14 days of the purchase date with a photograph and I will be happy to offer a full refund or a replacement where I have one available. Please note that no refunds will be given after 14 days of the purchase.
Refunds
If a piece arrives undamaged but you decide you no longer want it, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date. I will issue a full refund once the piece has been safely returned to me. Return postage costs are your responsibility. If an item is damaged in transit on its way back, I'm unable to offer a refund.
I cannot be held responsible for a missing parcel if it has been left in a safe place.
Made to Order
Some pieces are available to make to order. I'll confirm lead times and pricing at the time of your enquiry, and a deposit may be required.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
