SHIPPING & REFUNDS

POST & PACKING

Postage and packaging charges will be added at the checkout and start from £5.95. I try to avoid buying new packaging, but if I have to, I avoid plastic. You may however find plastic bubble wrap or similar protecting your pot and this is all reused and saved from the bin. I am experimenting in using all kinds of recycled household material for packaging  and if you can reuse this on or pass it on, please do so. Otherwise it should all be suitable for the recycling bin. If you are local to me you are welcome to come and collect from the studio in Peppard Common, Oxfordshire. Just drop me a message at jesssarsonpottery@gmail.com

At present I only ship within the UK and will aim to get your pottery to you within 7 working days.

REFUNDS - DAMAGED GOODS
I take great care in packaging your pots so that they arrive safe and sound. However, should a piece arrive damaged please get in contact within 14 days of the purchase date, providing a photograph of the damage, and I will be happy to refund in full, or provide a replacement if I have one available. Please note that no refunds will be given after 14 days of the purchase.

REFUNDS - OTHER
If a piece arrives unflawed and undamaged by the post, but you decide you do not want it, you may return the piece within 14 days of the purchase date. A full refund will be made only after the piece has arrived back safely. I will not make a refund before the piece has been returned to us. Jess Sarson Pottery will not pay for return shipping for pieces that were unflawed upon arrival and undamaged by initial shipping. The customer making the return is fully responsible for packaging the piece for safe return travel. If the item being returned is broken in transit, the buyer will be held responsible, and no refund will be made.

I cannot be held responsible for a missing parcel if it has been left in a safe place.
